Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Freelance Tele-Caller to contact potential clients, present FM Media’s services, and convert leads into interested prospects. This is a performance-based role , and payment will be provided per successful conversion . Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients from the given database. Introduce FM Media’s services (Digital Marketing, Social Media, Web Development, Branding, Multimedia). Understand client requirements and explain suitable service offerings. Generate interest and schedule follow-ups or meetings with the business development team. Maintain a log of calls, leads, and conversions. Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets. Provide daily updates to the reporting manager. Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu, or Hindi . Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Basic understanding of digital marketing or willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and meet conversion goals. Prior tele-calling / telesales experience is a plus. Good phone etiquette and confidence in speaking. Payment Structure Pay Per Conversion (amount will be discussed during onboarding). Incentives for high-performing freelancers. Flexible working hours.
