Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for directly engaging with our customers to ensure a smooth and satisfactory order experience. This includes confirming order details, addressing any queries, and actively following up on any delivery issues to ensure timely resolution. Responsibilities: Proactively contact customers via phone to confirm their recent orders and verify key details such as address, pin code etc. Address customer inquiries regarding their orders in a clear and helpful manner. Monitor order delivery status and proactively follow up with courier services in case of non-delivery. Communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams to resolve delivery issues promptly. Utilize Microsoft Excel to track order information, communication logs, and delivery updates. Contribute to a positive customer experience by providing excellent support. Qualifications and Skills : Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Basic computer proficiency, including navigating web browsers and using email. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking. Ability to handle customer interactions with empathy and patience. A decent command over English language is a plus.
