Job Title: Telecaller Location: Basapura, Electronic city post Job Type:Full time Experience: [0–1 years] Salary: 15000/- to 25000/ month Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote our products/services, generate leads, and respond to inquiries. You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and contributing to the growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Promote Project/services, explain features and benefits. Generate leads and follow up on prospects. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues or escalate them as needed. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback. Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets and sales goals. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in ENGLISH & any one Local language. Strong customer service orientation . Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM systems. Prior experience in telecalling or a customer-facing role is a plus. Positive attitude, self-motivated , and results-driven.
