Job Opening: Telecaller (Solar Industry Preferred) Location: Noida Full-Time Experience: 0–2 Years (Solar Industry Preferred) We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with leads, and supporting our sales team in generating interest for solar energy solutions. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers. Explain our solar products/services clearly and persuasively. Handle inquiries and follow up on leads promptly. Maintain records of calls and update lead status regularly. Coordinate with the sales team for appointments and site visits. Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Confident, polite, and persuasive tone. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools). Prior experience in solar or renewable energy industry is a plus . Ability to work independently and meet call/lead targets.
