Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to new and potential clients Engage prospects with a positive and persuasive attitude Set up meetings and coordinate survey appointments Maintain proper follow-up and call records Share lead details with the field or sales team Requirements: Female candidates only Strong verbal communication skills in [mention languages – e.g., Hindi, English, Bengali] Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets/Excel Prior telecalling or sales experience is a plus Must have a phone, stable internet, and a quiet work environment Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance, Volunteer Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹8,447.90 - ₹10,000.00 per month Expected hours: 48 per week Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Work from home Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
