Job Overview

As a Cold Calling & Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential Australian business clients, introducing our accounting services, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a target-driven role perfect for someone with proven experience in B2B outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound cold calls to prospective Australian businesses using CallHippo dialling platform

2. Work with lead data provided via Excel sheets to identify and contact potential clients

3. Introduce our accounting and bookkeeping services professionally and persuasively

4. Qualify leads based on business needs and budget

5. Schedule appointments with decision-makers for our senior sales team

6. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointments in CRM/Excel

7. Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume and booked appointments

8. Follow up with prospects to confirm scheduled appointments

9. Provide feedback on lead quality and market responses

Required Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory:

* Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound sales (B2B preferred)

* Previous experience calling international clients (Australia, US, UK, or similar English-speaking markets)

* Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with neutral/clear accent

* Strong phone presence with confident, professional demeanour

* Experience with Microsoft Excel for managing lead data
