Tele Caller Executive

Job Description

TELECALLER We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, engage with potential customers, and promote our products/services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services. Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries professionally. Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed database of customer interactions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Provide accurate and complete information to customers. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement. Adhere to company policies and scripts during calls. Requirements & Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, regional language]. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred). Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is a plus. Good listening and problem-solving skills. Education: Minimum 12th pass or any graduate degree.
