Telesales Representative (English & Kannada)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to educational institutions, scheduling product demonstrations, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. You must be fluent in both English and Kannada and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to institutions from a provided database to introduce our products/services.
• Successfully schedule appointments for product demos for the sales team.
• Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.
• Create and maintain detailed records of all interactions, leads, and appointments in our database.
• Manage a calendar for all scheduled meetings and demos.
• Send professional and timely emails to customers to confirm appointments and provide additional information.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
• Assist in generating new leads and market research as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a telesales, telemarketing, or appointment-setting role.
• Exceptional communication skills in both spoken and written English and Kannada.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales is a plus.
