Job Description

Job Title: Telecallar (Fresher)

Location: Gurgaon
Industry: Open to All (Media/Real Estate Experience is a Plus)

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
Introduce company products or services, and generate interest through effective communication.
Maintain positive relationships with leads and follow up regularly to convert them into potential clients.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information regarding offerings.
Update CRM or internal databases with lead and call details accurately.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with internal sales or marketing teams for appointments and lead closures.
Stay informed about company products, industry trends, and market competition.
Handle basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
Ensure professionalism and politeness during all customer interactions.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Experience: Fresher; prior exposure to real estate or media is an added advantage.
Skills:
Strong verbal communication in Hindi & English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
Confident, energetic, and persuasive approach.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
