Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and supporting our team by providing essential information and addressing customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Outreach:
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries from customers and provide necessary information.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Generate and convert leads into potential customers by explaining the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for customer calls and conversions.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback using CRM software.
  • Update customer databases and ensure all information is up-to-date.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate departments if necessary.
  • Reporting:
  • Provide regular feedback on customer responses, sales leads, and call outcomes to the team lead or manager.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly call reports as required.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills in
  • Good listening skills with the ability to handle objections and persuade clients.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
