Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven Tele Calling Executive to join our growing team. The role focuses on student outreach, lead conversion, and supporting admissions through effective communication with prospective students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote academic programs and courses.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries regarding courses, fees, schedules, and admissions.
• Explain program features, benefits, and career outcomes clearly and persuasively.
• Follow up with leads generated through inquiries, campaigns, and walk-ins.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Support the admissions team in achieving enrollment and conversion targets.
• Update databases and CRM systems regularly.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and admission drives.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred, not mandatory).
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Good listening skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer support is an added advantage.
