Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to explain company products (WhatsApp API, SMS, RCS solutions).
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer database (CRM entry) with accurate details of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Follow up on leads provided by the sales & marketing team.
• Explain pricing, plans, and features to customers in simple language.
• Schedule demos or meetings for the sales team when required.
• Provide basic technical assistance and guide customers to the support team if needed.
• Share regular reports on calls, leads generated, and closures with the manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling / inside sales experience (preferably in SaaS / IT / Telecom industry).
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Marathi will be an added advantage).
• Good computer knowledge: MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM software usage.
• Ability to handle targets and pressure.
• Strong listening and persuasion skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn about new technologies.
