Who We’re Looking For:

An Inside Sales Executive with prior experience in WhatsApp API, SMS platforms, or SaaS-based communication tools. Someone who understands the product, pain-points of SMEs, and can close leads through consultative selling.

Responsibilities:

• Handle qualified inbound leads and convert them to paying clients
• Explain WhatsApp API features, pricing, and use-cases to businesses
• Manage the entire sales funnel — from demo to deal closing
• Maintain CRM updates and lead follow-ups
• Collaborate with onboarding & support team for smooth handover
• Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in WhatsApp API, bulk messaging, or similar SaaS products
• Strong knowledge of business messaging platforms
• Excellent communication in Hindi + English
• Ability to understand client needs and recommend best-fit solutions
• Prior experience using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, LeadSquared)
