Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Social Media Designer who can design, manage, and optimize our company’s entire social media presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, content creation, and performance marketing. They will be responsible for creating engaging designs, managing social media channels, tracking performance, and boosting brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Designing:
• Create eye-catching graphics, creatives, videos, and reels using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Design engaging marketing campaigns aligned with the brand identity.
• Content Creation & Strategy:
• Develop engaging captions, posts, and stories for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan monthly content calendars and ensure consistent posting.
• Social Media Management:
• Handle company’s entire social media accounts end-to-end.
• Reply to queries, engage with audience, and grow followers.
• Provide weekly performance updates & analytics to management.
• Performance Marketing:
• Collaborate with the team to run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Track ROI, engagement, and conversions from campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum performance and lead generation.
• Business Growth Focus:
• Suggest and implement strategies to boost brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Stay updated with latest social media trends, tools, and strategies.

Requirements

• 1 – 2 years of proven experience in social media design & handling.
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (mandatory).
• Experience in content writing, designing, and video editing.
• Knowledge of performance marketing (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads).
• Understanding of B2B SaaS / communication solutions (preferred).
• Ability to analyze insights, prepare reports, and boost performance.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
