Tele Caller Executive

Job Description:
Stack Link Corporation is looking for a dynamic Telecaller Executive – Sales to join our UAE sales process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales, preferably in cold calling, lead generation, and end-to-end sales processes from any industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the UAE region.
• Promote and sell IT hardware and networking solutions (e.g., routers, switches, servers, etc.).
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and email outreach.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Prepare quotations, handle follow-ups, negotiations, and closures (end-to-end sales cycle).
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales progress in CRM/tools.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Representative / Inside Sales Executive.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive, results-driven, and able to handle objections/rejections effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.

Education & Experience

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales.
• Experience in IT sales will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
