Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive – IT Hardware & Networking to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of IT solutions, including Networking, Wireless, IT Security, and Telephony. You will focus on lead generation, cold calling, preparing proposals, and closing deals with support from our pre-sales team, while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware & networking solutions
  • Prepare proposals and quotations, working closely with the pre-sales team for solution design
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, with attractive incentives

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales/business development (IT/Tech industry preferred, other industries considered)
  • Basic knowledge of networking products (routers, switches, firewalls, servers, storage)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Minimum HSC; Bachelor’s degree preferred
