Telecaller (Full-Time)

Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Telecaller with excellent communication skills to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inquiries, and providing information about our products/services to patients/clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling:

- Make outbound calls to patients/clients to promote services, follow up on leads, and provide information.

- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.

2. Communication & Customer Handling:

- Use excellent communication skills to build rapport, convey information clearly, and handle objections.

- Address patient/client queries and concerns professionally.

3. Lead Generation & Conversion:

- Identify potential leads and work towards converting them.

- Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact.

4. Data Management:

- Accurately update call logs, lead status, and other relevant data in our system.

- Ensure data is up-to-date and properly maintained.

Requirements:

1. Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Language(s) required, e.g., English, Hindi].

- Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally over phone.

2. Experience:

- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service is desirable.

3. Skills:

- Good listening skills and ability to handle conversations effectively.

- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

4. Availability:

- Available to work full-time (typically 8 hours/day, 5-6 days/week).
