Skin Heal Solutions is one of the most trusted skin care clinics in Maharashtra, offering advanced dermatology and Ayurvedic treatments. We are looking for a smart, proactive, and dedicated Office Assistant to join our growing team and support daily clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle front desk and reception duties

Manage patient appointments and follow-ups

Maintain records and update patient files

Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff

Manage inventory and office supplies

Respond to calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries

Assist with basic administrative tasks and data entry

Requirements:

Minimum HSC (12th pass); graduates preferred

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp)

Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi; English is a plus

Polite, presentable, and responsible

Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setup is an advantage
