We are looking for a TELECALLER/ONLINE COUNSELLOR :
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to incoming inquiries.
· Provide accurate information about visa options, study abroad programs, and other immigration services.
· Maintain records of calls and client responses in CRM systems or spreadsheets.
· Generate leads through follow-ups and maintain regular contact with potential clients.
· Schedule appointments for walk-ins or in-office consultations.
· Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
· Handle basic client queries professionally and direct complex questions to senior staff.
· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Required Qualifications:
· Graduation preferred.
· 6 months to 2 years of telecalling, customer service, or sales experience (preferably in education or immigration industry).
· Good spoken and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
· Basic knowledge of immigration or study visa processes (preferred but not mandatory).
· Comfortable using phones, basic computer systems, and CRM software.
· Positive attitude, and ability to work under targets.
Preferred Skills:
· Ability to build a good connection with clients over the phone.
· Time management and multitasking capabilities.
· Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
