Job Description:
As a Tele-calling Executive Intern, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients. You will play a crucial role in lead generation and nurturing, helping us connect with individuals interested in buying, selling, or renting properties. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry, develop your communication and sales skills, and build a foundation for a successful career.

Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases and follow up on inquiries from various marketing channels.* Client Communication: Introduce our company and properties to potential clients in a professional and persuasive manner.* Information Gathering: Qualify leads by asking relevant questions about their property needs, budget, and preferences.* Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with qualified leads for site visits or detailed consultations.* Database Management: Maintain and update our client database with accurate and detailed information from calls.* Market Research: Gather feedback from calls to understand market trends and client needs.* Reporting: Prepare daily reports on call activity, lead status, and progress.Requirements:* Gender: Female candidates are preferred for this role.* Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field.* Skills:* Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.* Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.* Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.* Basic computer skills* A keen interest in the real estate industry.* Qualities:* Proactive and results-oriented.* Disciplined and punctual.* Eager to learn and grow.
