Perfect IT Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admin cum Telecaller to support our office administration and generate business enquiries. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate a minimum of 10 qualified leads per day through outbound calls and follow-ups for our technology and digital services.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate enquiries for:
Computer Sales & Services
CCTV & Security Systems
Software Solutions
Web Design & Development
Digital Marketing Services
Achieve a daily target of 10 qualified leads.
Maintain accurate call records, customer details, and follow-up status.
Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for enquiry handover.
Handle basic office administration and customer support activities.
Respond to customer queries professionally and escalate when required.
Support documentation, billing coordination, and daily reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (English is an added advantage).
Confident in making outbound and follow-up calls.
Basic knowledge of computers and office software.
Ability to work with targets and meet daily lead goals.
Organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or admin roles is preferred.
