Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services. Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve their queries. Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales. Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions. Schedule meetings or demos for field sales teams if required. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion. Qualifications & Skills Required: Educational Qualifications: Minimum: 10th Pass / 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) Preferred: Graduate in any stream (not mandatory) Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome. Skills: Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Telugu]. Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, data entry). Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.
