Tele Caller Executive

Overseas is seeking passionate and motivated Telecallers to join our team. As a Telecaller, your main responsibility will be to follow up on incoming leads and ensure that we provide exceptional service to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow-Up on Incoming Leads: Reach out to leads who have expressed interest in our products/services and follow up regularly.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with leads via phone and email, answer their questions, and provide relevant information.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments, setting up meetings, and tracking lead conversion progress.
• Build Relationships: Establish strong connections with leads to enhance the likelihood of successful conversions.
• Feedback Collection: Collect and share feedback from leads with the team to help improve our sales approach.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Proven Experience: Prior telecalling experience is preferred, but freshers with the right attitude are also encouraged to apply.
• Customer-Focused: Ability to engage customers empathetically and understand their needs.
• Goal-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving targets and maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, MS Office, and other telecalling tools.
