We are looking for motivated and dynamic Tele Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of prospective students and help them take the first step toward achieving their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and guide them through our program offerings.
  • Explain the benefits of our educational programs, including certifications, courses, and flexible learning options.
  • Provide detailed information about tuition fees, financial aid, and admission processes.
  • Follow up with leads from online inquiries, social media, and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments with education advisors or counselors for further consultation.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in tele sales, customer service, or education-related sales is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with potential students.
  • Passion for education and helping others succeed.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree.
