Job Description

A tele caller in a manufacturing company is responsible for making outbound calls to promote products, generating leads, and converting them into sales, while also handling inbound calls to answer customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide support. Key duties include explaining product features, maintaining customer records in a CRM, and meeting sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone. Responsibilities

  • Outbound calls: Make calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and sell manufacturing products, explain features, and generate interest.
  • Inbound call handling: Answer customer questions, address concerns, and handle complaints professionally.
  • Lead generation and management: Identify and follow up on new leads, and nurture them to convert prospects into customers.
  • Sales and targets: Persuade customers to make purchases and work towards achieving sales targets.
  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions and update customer information in a database or CRM system.
  • Customer support: Provide information about product specifications, pricing, and other details relevant to the manufacturing process or products.
  • Collaboration: Work with the sales and support teams to improve the customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market research: Conduct basic market research to understand customer needs and trends.

Qualifications and skills

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a tele caller or in a similar sales role is often preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, pleasant speaking voice.
  • Interpersonal: Ability to build rapport quickly and adapt communication style to different customer personalities.
  • Computer proficiency: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software and data entry is necessary.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to handle customer issues and provide solutions effectively.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close sales.

Pay: ₹9,015.03 - ₹20,000.00 per month
