Job Title: Telecaller Location: Hauz Khas Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1 year and above Salary: 15000 to 25000 --- Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling incoming inquiries, and providing information about our products/services. You should be able to build customer relationships and contribute to the company’s sales goals. --- Key Responsibilities: · Make outbound calls to potential customers. · Respond to incoming calls and resolve customer queries. · Provide accurate information about products/services. · Record customer interactions and maintain call logs. · Follow up with leads to convert them into customers. · Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. · Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets. --- Requirements: · High school diploma or equivalent (Graduation preferred). · Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language]. · Good listening and problem-solving skills. · Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). · Ability to work under pressure and handle rejections. · Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer service is a plus. --- Preferred Skills: · Persuasion and negotiation skills · Patience and empathy · Time management --- Benefits: · Incentives · Career growth opportunities · Friendly work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Required) Work Location: In person
