Tele Caller Executive

• Outbound Calls:Making calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
• Inbound Calls:Answering incoming calls from customers to address their inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Customer Relationship Management:Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and follow-up.
• Information Gathering:Collecting customer information and data, including feedback and preferences, to understand their needs and tailor solutions.
• Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, call logs, and sales activities.
• Product Knowledge:Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
• Problem Solving:Addressing customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Skills Required for Telecallers:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain products and services, listen attentively to customer needs, and handle objections effectively.
• Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to persuade customers to make purchases or take desired actions.
• Active Listening: Paying close attention to what customers say to understand their needs and concerns.

Pay: ₹8,850.18 - ₹31,907.36 per month
