About Us:

ipshopy.com is an innovative eCommerce multi-seller platform that helps businesses and individuals sell their products online with ease. We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Telecaller Executives to join our growing team and contribute to our seller acquisition and customer support process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective sellers and customers.
• Explain company products and services, and onboard new sellers.
• Maintain and update customer database in Excel/CRM.
• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve queries professionally.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
• Maintain good relationships with sellers and clients.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate (Preferred: BCA, BCS, or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, Word, Email or Internet).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Freshers and candidates with prior telecalling/sales experience are welcome.
