Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our Real Estate Sales Team. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. You will play a critical role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling site visits. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective buyers from the existing database or generated leads. Explain project features, location advantages, pricing, and available inventory. Schedule site visits with interested clients and ensure follow-up. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information. Handle inbound queries and respond promptly with professionalism. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets. Follow-up with clients post-visit and support the sales closure process. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: Graduate (Any Stream) Prior experience in telecalling / telesales, preferably in the real estate sector. Good communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages a plus) Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented Basic computer and CRM knowledge Ability to handle rejections and remain persistent Preferred: Experience with real estate projects (residential/commercial) Knowledge of local real estate market and trends Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,664.58 - ₹26,200.90 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
