Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Instantpay. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in inbound & outbound calling, strong communication skills, and the ability to generate quality leads through effective interaction with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make inbound & outbound cold calls to prospective customers.Promote and explain Instantpay’s products and services.Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.Maintain call records, leads, and follow-ups in the system.Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.Deliver excellent customer experience with a positive approach.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telecalling experience (BFSI/Fintech background preferred).Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi & South Indian Languages will be an advantage).Ability to handle objections and rejections confidently.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).Self-motivated and target-driven.
