Job Responsibilities: Calling LEAs and taking appointment for meetings for the risk team Co-ordinating internally to collate documents/information for each case Maintaining and timely updating of the tracker for all cases reported (both Open and Closed) Co-ordinating with banks and finance team to obtain confirmation of lean removal Ensure case notes are updated in time in the portal Other responsibilities that may be required for efficient handling of cases, may be assigned in due course Desired Candidate Profile: Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Good in coordinating with other teams/person(s) Good team player Available to support team remotely and off working hours / weekends (if required) Comfortable in calling law enforcement agencies and banks Good in relationship building Additional tasks or responsibilities may be assigned from time to time What You’ll Gain: Hands-on experience at a leading fintech company Mentorship from experienced professionals Exposure to a fast-paced, agile startup environment Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 months Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Work Location: In person
