Job description:
We are looking for a confident and result-oriented individual for a calling-based position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls or handling incoming calls to address customer inquiries, and provide product/service support.
Key responsibilities:
· Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
· Provide accurate information about the product/service.
· Maintain all call logs and update CRM (Customer Relation Management) systems regularly.
· Build positive relationship with customers to ensure repeat business.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
· Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
· Basic computer knowledge.
· Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle objections.
· Prior experience in calling.

· Target – oriented mindset
· Good organizational skills

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
