Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Telecallers to join our pharmaceutical sales team . Whether you're a fresher eager to begin your career or an experienced professional in pharma telesales, this role offers a dynamic opportunity to grow in the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to promote pharmaceutical products. Educate clients about product specifications, usage, benefits, and pricing. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and convert potential clients into sales. Maintain and update customer databases and call logs. Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications: For Freshers: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduation. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and email etiquette. Willingness to learn about pharma products and sales techniques. For Experienced Candidates: 1-3 years of telecalling experience in pharma sales or a related domain. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market practices. Proven track record in telesales and lead conversion. CRM or sales software experience is a plus. Desirable Attributes: Self-motivated and target-oriented.
