Key Responsibilities
● Outbound/Inbound Calls: Handle calls to pitch products, close sales, and
resolve customer queries.
● Hit Targets: Achieve daily/weekly goals for calls, conversions, and revenue.
● Script Adherence: Use sales scripts flexibly to address customer needs and
objections.
● CRM Management: Accurately log call outcomes, follow-ups, and customer
feedback.
● Upsell/Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to maximize revenue per interaction.
● Collaborate: Share insights with the team and report progress to the Team
Leader.
Requirements
● 1+ Year Experience: Telecalling/telesales in US market sales (outbound +
inbound).
● Fluent English: Clear, neutral accent with strong persuasion and active listening
skills.
● Sales-Driven: Proven ability to meet/exceed targets in fast-paced environments.
● Tech Basics: Familiarity with CRM tools, dialers, and remote support software
(e.g., AnyDesk).
● Night Shift Ready: Comfortable working 6 PM – 3AM IST.
