Tele Caller Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. Candidates with 1+ year of experience are preferred, but freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, and B2B portals and be comfortable handling outbound and inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
• Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain detailed call records.
• Support the sales and marketing teams in promotional activities.
• Share product details, pricing, and offers confidently with clients.
• Understand basic digital marketing and SEO concepts to communicate effectively with clients/businesses.
• Work with B2B portals (e.g., IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba) to manage listings and respond to inquiries.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold one of the following degrees:

• BCA
• MCA
• B.Tech
• M.Tech

Experience Requirements

• 1+ year experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred).
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, and B2B portals.
• Ability to handle calls professionally and confidently.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet daily/weekly targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
