Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Telecaller Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our digital marketing services, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our digital marketing services.
• Handle inbound calls professionally and provide information about services.
• Generate, manage, and follow up on leads effectively.
• Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to company growth.
• Provide feedback from clients to help improve services.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum education: 10+2 or graduation.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good persuasive, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.

Work Timings:

• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
