Job Responsibilities:
● Provide comprehensive information about Diarch Homes and our properties.● Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.● Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.● Achieve and exceed sales targets.● Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Qualifications:● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.● Ability to handle objections and close deals.|● Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.● A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.● Previous experience in telemarketing or sales (preferred).
