Tele Caller Executive

Job Summary:
As a Junior Tele Caller, you will play a crucial role in the sales and customer service team by initiating outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about products or services, and handling incoming inquiries. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop communication and sales skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists or databases.
• Product/Service Promotion: Introduce and explain products or services to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through phone conversations and gather relevant information.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives or field agents with interested prospects.
• Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to leads who have shown initial interest but have not yet made a decision.
• Customer Service: Handle incoming calls from customers, address their inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information as needed.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system during and after calls.
• Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
• Maintain Records: Maintain detailed records of calls, including call outcomes, follow-up actions, and customer feedback.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and provide feedback on lead quality.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone voice.
• Sales Aptitude: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques.
• Customer Focus: Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers to take desired actions.
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude during challenging calls.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and data entry.
