Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Provide information regarding steel structure products, fabrication services, and project capabilities.
Record customer requirements and forward them to the sales or technical team.
Call potential clients (contractors, builders, fabricators, architects, etc.) to introduce company products and services in steel structures.
Generate new business leads and maintain follow-up with interested clients.
oordinate with the sales and marketing team for quotations, follow-ups, and client meetings.
Maintain daily call reports and update CRM or Excel sheet with customer data.
Prepare and send introductory mails, company profiles, and product brochures to clients.
Maintain proper records of communication and feedback.
Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets.
Support the business development team in achieving sales goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
