Job Description
· The Tele caller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining products/services to customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales team.
· The role requires good communication skills, customer handling ability, and a positive attitude toward achieving daily targets for calls, leads and conversions.
· Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
· Build rapport with customers and ensure excellent customer experience.
Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures.
Work Experience Requirement
1-3 years of experience in tele calling, customer service or sales.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Education Requirements
Any degree
Basic computer knowledge and communication skills required.
