Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  • Conduct interviews, schedule candidates, and coordinate logistics for interview sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers extended, and other relevant metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in HR Operations or related field (preferably in IT industry).
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong understanding of HR administration, coordination, interview scheduling, interviewing techniques.
