Job Description

The Tele caller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining products/services to customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales team.
The role requires good communication skills, customer handling ability, and a positive attitude toward achieving daily targets for calls, leads and conversions.
Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
Build rapport with customers and ensure excellent customer experience.
Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures.

Work Experience Requirement

1-3 years of experience in tele calling, customer service or sales.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Education Requirements

Any degree
Basic computer knowledge and communication skills required.
