Tele Caller Executive

We are looking for a Telecaller who is confident, persuasive, and excellent at communication. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inquiries, and generating leads or conversions based on the product or service offered. --- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads Inform customers about the product/service and convince them to take action (purchase, registration, appointment, etc.) Answer incoming calls and resolve queries in a professional manner Maintain call logs and update customer information accurately Follow up with interested leads regularly Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets Work closely with the sales or operations team for follow-up coordination --- Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi (English or local language is a plus) Basic computer knowledge (typing, CRM entry, etc.) Confident, polite, and professional phone manners Prior telecalling or BPO experience preferred, but freshers can apply Minimum 12th pass (graduate preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,805.20 per month
