You will be responsible for calling the customers and answering all their questions related to our product. You should also be maintaining accurate records of all the customers for future reference. Responsibilities
Understanding the products and services offered by the company.
Calling existing and potential customers to update them about the recent launches.
Updating the database with all the customer's information.
Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner.
Providing an excellent customer service to the custmers.
Answering to customers' questions in regards to products and services.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field or High school diploma in computer.
Basic Computer knowledge
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Ability to deal with different personalities.
Good time management skills.
Ability to provide excellent customer service.

This is a 100% target-based job. Salary and increments are based strictly on performance.
