Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator to support our sales and business development teams. This role requires proactive coordination, reporting, and direct engagement with clients to drive revenue. A personal bike is mandatory for travel across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities to achieve sales revenue targets.
• Attend daily team meetings and assist Sales Manager in creating meeting notes.
• Support business development and sales teams by following up with customers, arranging appointments/demos, and aligning team activities.
• Assist in sales closure through quotation creation, follow-up calls, and payment tracking.
• Update leads and sales data regularly in CRM tools.
• Prepare reports, quotations, and minutes of meetings on behalf of the team manager.
• Respond to customer calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable.
• Handle orders via phone, email, or messages and ensure their accuracy and aesthetics.
• Maintain sales records and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to the manager.
• Attend and organize team training sessions as required.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of self-motivation and proactive work approach.
• Proven track record in sales coordination or field sales.
• Strong inter-team collaboration skills.
• Must own a bike for travel across assigned areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in any sales or marketing.
• Familiarity with MS Office.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry landscape.
