Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller / Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, and converting them into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain our e-commerce services.
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable service packages.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-up activities in CRM.
Convert qualified leads into clients and meet monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations team for seamless client onboarding.
Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and timelines.
Handle basic objections and queries from potential customers professionally.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in the e-commerce or digital marketing domain.
Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English mandatory).
Ability to understand and explain digital/e-commerce concepts to non-technical clients.
Basic knowledge of marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc., is preferred.
Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
Familiarity with using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
