Job Description

Role & responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers. Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries. Promote products/services and generate leads. Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships. Record call details and update customer information. Provide feedback from customers to improve services. Preferred candidate profile Education: Minimum 10th/12th pass or graduate (any stream). Experience: 02 years in telecalling, sales, or customer service Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Regional Language, as needed]. Personality: Confident, polite, and persuasive. Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Other Requirements: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Good listening and problem-solving skills.
