We are looking for an urgent Telecaller to join our team. The role involves handling incoming leads in the system, contacting them immediately, and forwarding qualified leads to the respective Business Units (Mutual Funds, Equity, Bonds, Insurance). The Telecaller will be the first point of contact for prospects, ensuring timely engagement and smooth lead transfer.
Key Responsibilities
Immediate lead response: Call new leads as soon as they enter the system.
Lead qualification: Verify basic client details and product interest.
Forwarding leads: Route qualified leads to the correct BU for conversion.
Follow-up calls: Reconnect with unreachable or partially engaged leads.
Documentation: Maintain call logs, lead status updates, and CRM records.
Customer experience: Provide a professional and polite first impression.
Skills & Requirements
Communication skills: Clear, polite, and persuasive.
Efficiency: Ability to handle high call volumes.
Basic financial knowledge: Awareness of mutual funds, equity, bonds, insurance (preferred).
Tech familiarity: Comfortable with CRM/lead management systems.
Target-driven mindset: Focus on speed and accuracy.
