Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Noida. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, managing and updating customer databases, and providing detailed information about products and services. The Telecaller will also handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Telecaller will participate in outbound marketing and sales efforts, and provide feedback to improve customer engagement strategies. Qualifications Excellent Communication Skills, Active Listening, and Customer Service Basic Computer Skills and Database Management Telemarketing and Sales Skills Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution Skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
