Job Description

Position Title:

Job Summary

Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote commercial leasing opportunities.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about available properties, pricing, and terms.
Maintain and update client databases with details of interactions and follow-ups.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the leasing team.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support ongoing leasing campaigns.
Follow up with clients post-site visits and assist in the leasing documentation process.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Maintain a professional and courteous manner during client interactions to build long-term relationships.
Gather market feedback and assist in identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements

Education:
Minimum Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate or Business background preferred).
Experience:
48 years of experience in tele calling, preferably in commercial real estate, property leasing, or related sectors.
Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Good understanding of the local commercial property market (added advantage).

Languages:
Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of calls made per day/week.
Qualified leads generated.
Appointments or site visits scheduled.
Conversion rate from lead to deal.
